Norberto Barba is an Executive Producer and Director on Mayans M.C. He also served as Executive Producer and Director for NBC’s Grimm, and Law & Order: Criminal Intent. Barba has directed more than 100 hours of television including, S.W.A.T., The Path, The Strain, Preacher, Designated Survivor, Chicago Justice, Pure Genius, The Bridge, Lights Out, Ice, Against The Wall, Trauma, In Treatment, Fringe, The Event, Suits, NCIS: Los Angeles, Blade: The Series, Conviction, Threshold, CSI: Miami, Kojak, Medical Investigation, American Dreams, Resurrection Blvd, Level 9, NY Undercover, Vanishing Son, The Mentalist, Numb3rs, CSI: NY, and Law & Order: SVU. Barba also directed the Emmy®-nominated Apollo 11: The Movie. His features include Blue Tiger, starring Virginia Madsen and Harry Dean Stanton, and SOLO, starring Mario Van Peebles and Adrien Brody. After two years at Columbia University, Barba attended the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts and the American Film Institute. Additionally, Barba served in a Psychological Operations Unit of the U.S. Special Forces.
