Having begun her career as a post-production assistant on Ryan Murphy’s Nip/Tuck, Alexis Martin Woodall now serves as executive producer on some of the most inspiring and creative shows in television history. She has garnered ten Emmy® nominations for her work on FEUD: Bette and Joan, The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story, American Horror Story and Glee. In 2014, she won her first Emmy as a member of the producing team on Ryan Murphy’s widely-acclaimed adaptation of Larry Kramer’s The Normal Heart for HBO. In 2016 she repeated that honor, winning her second Emmy for The People v. O.J. Simpson. She is an executive producer on all Ryan Murphy Television projects; she recently produced the first season of 9-1-1, as well as the second installment in the American Crime Story series, American Crime Story: The Assassination of Gianni Versace. When she's not obsession over story, Martin Woodall can be found obsessing over food at Red Herring, a restaurant in Eagle Rock that she co-owns with her husband, Chef Dave Woodall.
